Let’s get this out of the way right now. You are not boasting when you are grateful for you.

You are not conceited when you believe there is only one you.

You are not being full of yourself when you use words like brilliant, gorgeous, stupendous.

You are not vain when you think highly of your talents.

You are not braggy when you reveal your successes and what you had to do to get there.

You are not being grandiose when you believe your purpose is to change the world.

You are not cocky when you show yourself self-love.


This is about the 3 Bs.

Be who you are. Be Grateful for You. Be proud. Know what you bring and own it.

Be still. Just be. Aware. Quiet. Allow. Surrender.

Be a person with purpose. Don’t be afraid of your purpose or success.

It’s time for you to embrace you. Stop waiting to be “perfect.” You already are. Yes, with all your imperfections. With all of your challenges, successes, even failings. It’s time to own all of you. Right now.


It's okay to feel good about yourself. It's okay to say out loud "I am terrific." You just need practice saying it.


If you can’t love yourself, how in the hell you gonna love somebody else?

Your “Be" Practice…

List three of your successes. These can be anything at all.

There is so much noise all around us. We don’t take enough time to quiet our world. Think about stillness. Allow quiet. If someone is speaking, give them space.


See how long you can be silent while they speak. Even your mind needs to be still and not think of how you might respond.


When a situation occurs, surrender to it. That means accept it, and then move forward.  When you give a situation space, ideas come to you. This will change your world.

Your “Be” Practice…

How does it feel to be still? quiet? aware? List three things:

Can you think of a time you rushed in to answer? How would that moment have been different if you were still?

Think of a challenging situation. Feel the quiet. Don’t react to it. Accept it. (I know that’s hard to do.) Give yourself space. Breathe. How does it feel to give this situation some space?

You have not been put here to just take up space. It’s time to realize your brilliance, your greatness, your mission.

What's this got to do with success? Be is so key to your well being. To the choices you make. To how you think about yourself, feel about yourself. Start with Being grateful for yourself. Your success will follow.
