Losing Track of Time

If you're losing track of time, you're probably loving what you're doing. You're loving your life. This is how you want to feel. Always. Feels so good when you're doing something you're happy about.

Try to spend most of the day doing things you love, tasks you love. At the very least, crank up the volume on your tunes while you work. That will have a huge impact on how you feel, how you respond to others and to difficult situations. It will elevate your thoughts and your work.

Be aware of when a task seems to be over too soon and when it feels like it's taking about a hundred years. Being aware means you can try to make changes. When possible, do things that make your brain soar and your heart sing.
