I don't care whether you have a challenge facing you that popped up out of nowhere. Say Yes to it. I don't care if everything has been going great, and you've just been served a "shit sandwich." Say Yes to it. Accept it. Don't fight it. It has appeared for a reason. Maybe you are ready to evolve once again. Don't try to avoid or yell and scream at these challenges. All that does is block us from moving forward. So, the next time an obstacle rears its ugly head, think of it as an invitation to just go with it. It may lead you somewhere very special. It may give you the answers you've been searching for.
